My Name is Kassandara Chatelain and I am currently a Fall 2015 Special Events Intern at Texas A&M University's Athletic Facilities Department. My life as an Intern has been nothing short of an adventure. I never in a million years dreamed I would be chosen for the position and was more than thrilled when I actually was. I haved learned more from this internship in the past 4 months than I have ever learned at a position. I have worked more and harder than ever, I have walked (and sometimes ran) more than ever, and I have laughed and had more fun than ever. Being an intern in this field is not an easy job, we work a lot of late nights and weekends and there are many challenging moments, but I would not trade my experience at Kyle Field for anything. The memories I have made and the lessons I have learned will stick with me forever. This internship has taught me what it means to work hard and be a member of a team. The most important take away I have, are the people I became friends with along the way and the time we spent together. I have thoroughly enjoyed this internship and hope to make a career out of it after graduation.
