About Texas A&M Athletics
Texas A&M Univeristy's Athletics Department is committed to building champions through academic achievement, athletic excellence, and national recognition of student-athletes, teams, and programs. We're a proud member of the Southeastern Conference, with more than 650 Texas A&M student-athletes competing at the NCAA Division 1-A level in 20 varsity sports.
The Facilities Department manages all operations of our athletic facilities. A lot goes into managing Kyle field as well as other building such as the Bright Football Complex and McFerrin Indoor Track. Each of these facilities has a multitude of different maintenance and operational needs that must be managed each and every day.
Our Special Events Team not only assists in this management, but also manages any and all events hosted within the facilities. We follow the client, whether its Texas A&M's football team, an outside wedding client, or the World's Presidents Organization, from day one of their planning to the day of hosting the event. A lot goes into the planning, set up, and execution of each and every event we host. The day of the event, we are working with the client to adjust anything in the set up, bring them whatever they need, and assist in the event overall.
